Online payments report, fees and payouts

See what clients paid online and by bank transfer, the provider fees, and move payouts from the clearing account to your bank.

Updated Nov 1, 2026

Go to Reports › Online Payments.

What it shows

  • Received: what clients paid online (PayMongo / Xendit) and by confirmed bank transfer in the period.
  • Fees kept by PayMongo / Xendit: booked to Payment gateway fees.
  • Net: received minus fees.
  • A list of each payment with the invoice, customer, method (GCash, Maya, card…) and reference.

Use From / To to change the period, and Download CSV for a spreadsheet.

Payments that need review

If money arrives online for an invoice that was already paid another way, or that was voided, it is not recorded automatically. The report and the invoice show Needs review. Refund the client from your PayMongo or Xendit dashboard, or keep it as a credit with your accountant's advice.

Record a payout

Online payments wait in the PayMongo clearing (or Xendit clearing) account until the provider sends the money to your bank.

  1. Check your bank for the payout and its amount.
  2. Under Waiting for payout, enter the amount, the date received, the bank it arrived in and the payout reference.
  3. Click Record payout.

This posts the same entry as a bank transfer: money moves from the clearing account to your bank, so Banking matches your bank statement. Recording a payout needs the Accounting permission.

Tip: Each payment's confirmation PDF is on the invoice (Confirmation PDF). You can also email it again from there.
