Print, download and email invoices
Give customers a PDF or printed copy, or email it directly from GodoERP.
Open any issued invoice (Sales › Service Invoices) to:
- Print Service Invoice: opens a print-ready copy.
- Download PDF: saves a PDF to send or archive.
- Email: sends the invoice to the customer's email address.
Make emails work
Emails go out using your company's email settings. Set them under Administration › Settings › Email Settings. If you haven't set any, GodoERP sends on your behalf as Your Company via GodoERP, and customer replies go to your company email.
Your logo and colours
Add your logo and colours under Administration › Settings › Brand Settings.
Tip: Customers on Projects & CRM can also see and download their invoices in the client portal.
