GodoERP is provided by GODO WEB DESIGN SERVICES, a sole proprietorship registered in Sorsogon City, Philippines, trading as GoDoWeb ("we", "us"). Address: ACM Building, 2/F Room 207, Rizal–Burgos St., Talisay, Sorsogon City. Email: contact@godoweb.ph. Phone: (056) 211-2395.
These Terms are an agreement between us and the business that signs up ("you", the "Customer"). The person who signs up confirms they are allowed to accept them for that business.
GodoERP is online accounting, invoicing, purchasing, banking, HR and payroll, and projects software. Each Customer gets its own workspace at its own address (for example yourcompany.godoerp.com) and its own separate database.
GodoERP helps you keep books and prepare records. You remain responsible for your filings, tax returns, payroll and statutory contributions, and for checking the figures before you rely on them. GodoERP is a tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice.
New workspaces are reviewed before activation. We may decline or delay a signup, for example when the details look false or the subdomain is reserved or misleading.
You are responsible for your users: who you invite, the roles you give them, and keeping passwords and two-factor codes safe. Tell us at once if you think an account was misused.
Business use only. Account holders must be at least 18.
New workspaces start with a free trial of 14 days. To keep using GodoERP after the trial, choose a paid plan.
Plans are billed in advance per period, in Philippine pesos, by card or e-wallet through PayMongo or by bank transfer with proof of payment. Prices and plan limits are shown on the billing page.
If a payment is late, your workspace stays available for a 7-day grace period. After that, access is limited until payment is received. Your data is not deleted because of a late payment.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the paid period ends. Partial periods are not refunded. We give at least 30 days' notice before a price increase takes effect for you.
You agree not to:
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts other Customers at risk. Where we can, we warn you first.
Your business data belongs to you. We process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. For the personal data of your own customers, suppliers and employees that you enter, you are the personal information controller and we act as your personal information processor under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter that data, and for your own notices to those people.
Our platform staff do not open a workspace's records except to provide support you ask for, to fix a fault, to keep the service secure, or when the law requires it. Platform actions are recorded in an audit log.
We aim to keep GodoERP available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
We back up each workspace daily. Backups are for recovering the service, not a substitute for your own records; export what you need to keep.
Support is by email at contact@godoweb.ph during Philippine business hours.
GodoERP is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or penalties caused by your filings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
You may close your workspace at any time by emailing us. We may close it for non-payment after the grace period and limited-access period, or for serious breach of these Terms.
After closure, your data is kept for 90 days so you can ask for an export or reopen, then deleted. Backups containing it roll off within a further 30 days.
We may update these Terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the app; continuing to use GodoERP after that means you accept them. Each signup records the version accepted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes go to the proper courts of Sorsogon City, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have.
