Who is GodoERP for?
GodoERP is designed for Philippine service businesses, including agencies, IT service providers, consultants, and other businesses that manage clients, projects, employees, and finances.
Do I need to install anything?
GodoERP is designed as an online platform. Check the supported browser and device requirements before getting started.
Can I manage accounting and projects in one system?
GodoERP brings accounting, invoicing, projects, CRM, and other supported business functions into one platform.
Is GodoERP BIR-certified or acknowledged?
The BIR Acknowledgement Certificate shown on our website names GODOCAS, a separate product. It should not be read as certification or acknowledgement of GodoERP. Contact us for the current compliance status of the specific GodoERP functions you need.
Can I change plans later?
Plan changes depend on the subscription options made available in your account.
What happens after the free trial?
Your trial terms, available subscription plans, and any payment requirements are displayed during signup. A paid subscription does not begin without your consent.
Accounting
Can I bring my existing customers and vendors?
Yes. Import both from CSV. Opening balances go in through a journal entry, and we can help with the first setup.
Does GodoERP file with the BIR for me?
No. It prepares the figures and the calendar. You or your accountant still submit the return.
What about BIR e-invoicing (EIS)?
Invoice data is prepared in the structured format. Live transmission is switched on once your business has its BIR credentials.
Can my accountant work in it?
Yes. Add them as a user and give them the role they need.
HR and payroll
Are contribution rates kept up to date?
Rates and tables live in settings, not buried in code, so they can be updated when the rules change.
Can employees see each other pay?
No. Each employee sees only their own records in the portal.
Does payroll reach my books?
Yes. Approved payroll, 13th month, final pay and annualization post journals to your accounting ledger.
Does GodoERP submit the forms for me?
No. It prepares the figures and files. You submit them to each agency.
Projects and CRM
Is this separate from the accounting module?
No. A project invoice is a normal invoice and a project expense is a normal expense, so they land in the same ledger.
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. The portal runs in their browser.
Does profitability include labor cost?
Income and costs come from posted records. Hours are shown beside them, not deducted from profit.
