Philippine HR and payroll compliance in GodoERP (DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
What GodoERP computes and prepares for each Philippine agency, where you still file, and what your team checks.
GodoERP's HR and payroll covers the statutory requirements of DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG. Payroll computes the contributions and tax with the official rates, and the government reports and forms are filled from your posted payroll, so their totals match your payroll and your books.
Your team stays in control. You review the inputs and approve payroll, and you file and pay on each agency's own portal. GodoERP prepares the data and the forms. It doesn't submit anything to a government office.
DOLE
- Holiday pay, overtime, rest-day pay and night differential across 32 rate combinations: 8 kinds of day (ordinary day, rest day, special day, special day on a rest day, regular holiday, regular holiday on a rest day, double holiday, double holiday on a rest day), each with regular hours, overtime, night differential, and night differential on overtime.
- Leave with balances, accrual and the legal eligibility rules for maternity, paternity, solo parent, service incentive leave, special leave for women and VAWC leave. See Leave eligibility rules.
- Employee records (201 file), attendance, the DTR, office kiosk clock-in, and the DOLE Payroll Audit summary. See DOLE payroll compliance and audit.
BIR
- Withholding tax with the BIR semi-monthly table, plus year-end annualization.

- Pay with the PRN from My.SSS. See SSS contributions, R-3, R-5 and loans.
PhilHealth
- 5% premium on monthly basic salary (floor ₱10,000, ceiling ₱100,000), shared equally.
- The RF-1 Employer's Remittance Report and the ER2 Report of Employee-Members, in PhilHealth's own layouts.
- Remit through PhilHealth EPRS. See PhilHealth contributions, ER2 and RF-1.
Pag-IBIG
- Employee share (1% or 2%) and employer share (2%) on a fund salary of up to ₱10,000.
- MCRF contribution data and the STLRF short-term loan remittance form (Multi-Purpose and Calamity loans).
- Remit through Virtual Pag-IBIG or a Pag-IBIG collecting partner. See Pag-IBIG MCRF and STLRF.
Built-in statutory updates
Each rate (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR tax tables, the ₱90,000 13th-month cap) is kept with the date it took effect. Every payroll uses the rates in force on its pay date, so a 2024 payroll keeps its 2024 rates. When an agency announces new rates, GodoERP adds them in an update and they start on their official date. See Statutory rates and updates.
Your monthly checklist
- Run Employee Data Check and fix missing government numbers, sex, hire date and civil status.
- Compute, review, approve and post payroll.
- Open each agency report for the month and compare its totals with the payroll register.
- File and pay on each agency's portal, then record it under Contribution Remittances.
Important: Government rates, forms and deadlines are set by each agency and can change. Confirm with the agency or your accountant when in doubt.
