Project invoices and expenses
Create a draft invoice or expense tagged to a project, then issue it in the normal accounting screens.
Projects connect to your books, but the accounting rules stay the same.
Invoice from a project
Project › Invoices › New invoice. GodoERP opens the regular service invoice form with the project and its client already filled in. If the project has no client, assign one first.
The invoice is saved as a draft tagged to the project. Issue, receive payment and void it in Sales › Invoices, exactly as in Create and issue a service invoice.
Expenses from a project
Project › Expenses › New expense records a cost against the project. Like invoices, it follows the normal expense flow. See Record and categorize an expense.
Permissions
You need access to the project and the matching Invoices or Expenses permission. Without both, the tabs stay hidden.
Important: Project time and tasks never post journal entries by themselves. Only issued invoices and recorded expenses reach your books.
