Project › Files › upload up to 20 MB per file with an optional description. Tick visible to client to let portal users download it.

Comments and notes

• Comments are the project conversation. You can edit or delete your own, and roles with broader permission can manage everyone's.
• Notes are private working notes on the project.

Password manager

Store logins a project needs, such as a client's hosting or social account:

• Username, password and notes are encrypted before saving.
• They are never shown on the page. Click Reveal to view one, and only users with the view passwords permission can do that.
• Organise entries with categories. Only manage passwords users can add, edit or delete.

Important: Don't paste your own GodoERP password here. Restore access to a lost entry by editing it, since stored values can't be read back in bulk.
