Track EWT remittances (0619-E, 1601-EQ), 1604-E, QAP and Form 1606
Record each withholding tax payment, reconcile to the quarterly return, and prepare the annual and payee lists.
This extends Expanded withholding tax (EWT) and BIR Form 2307. The screens live under Reports.
Monthly: 0619-E
Monthly EWT Report: choose the year and month, then Load. You get the tax base, rate and tax withheld by nature of payment, plus the transactions behind them. Print it for your 0619-E.
Record the payment
EWT Remittance Tracking records what you actually paid:
- Enter the month start and month end the payment covers.
- Enter the remittance date, amount, the bank or cash account it came from and a reference.
- Save Remittance. It appears in the list with its form, status and amount.
Quarterly: 1601-EQ
Quarterly EWT Report: choose year and quarter. It shows the quarter's base and tax, and a 1601-EQ Remittance Reconciliation of the payments you recorded. Any difference means a month's payment is missing or the amount differs.
Annual and payee lists
- 1604-E / Annual EWT: a preview of the annual summary by payee, nature, income payment, rate and tax withheld.
- QAP (Quarterly Alphalist of Payees): the same by quarter, for preparing your attachment.
- BIR Form 2307 Certificates: one per payee, with an Issue button.
Form 1606
Other Withholding / 1606 is kept apart from the usual EWT workflow. It lists the date, payee, tax base and tax withheld for those items.
Important: These are preparation screens. Confirm every figure with your accountant before you file.
