Run the Trial Balance and financial reports

Review account balances and export core financial statements.

Updated Oct 27, 2026

Use Reports to review activity and financial position for a selected period. The available reports include Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.

Run a report

  1. Open Reports and select the report you need.
  2. Choose the requested date or period filters.
  3. Review the displayed totals and check that the period is correct.
  4. Use the available PDF, CSV, Print or export action shown on that report.
  5. Store exported files securely because reports may contain confidential financial information.

Which report should I use?

  • Trial Balance: reviews debit, credit and account balances.
  • Profit & Loss: summarizes income and expenses over a period.
  • Balance Sheet: summarizes assets, liabilities and equity as of a date.
  • Cash Flow: summarizes cash movements using the report's available period filters.

If the totals look wrong

Confirm the selected period, review the relevant transactions and account mappings, and compare the Trial Balance with the General Ledger. Check the Books of Accounts integrity checks where available. Do not change posted transactions solely to make a report match an expected total; investigate the underlying entries with your accountant.
