If you run an agency, a clinic or a consulting practice, you know the routine: send the invoice, wait, send a reminder, wait again, then ask for a screenshot of the transfer and type the payment into your books.
Most clients are not avoiding you. Paying is just one more task on their list, and the easier you make it, the sooner it gets done.
A Pay now button on every invoice
In GodoERP, every issued invoice can carry a secure pay link. Email the invoice with a big Pay now button, or copy the link into Messenger or Viber. Your client opens it on their phone, with no account or password needed, and sees the invoice and how to pay:
- GCash or Maya, the way most Filipinos pay every day
- Visa or Mastercard
- Online banking or QR Ph
- Bank transfer to the accounts you list, with a button to send the receipt
Clients who use your Client Portal see the same Pay now button on their unpaid invoices.
The money goes straight to you
GCash, Maya and card payments go through your own PayMongo or Xendit account, and bank transfers go to your own bank. GodoERP never holds your money. It only records what happened.
Your books update by themselves
When a client pays online, GodoERP waits for PayMongo or Xendit to confirm the payment, then:
- records the payment on the invoice and marks it Paid (or partly paid),
- posts the journal entry, including the provider's fee as an expense,
- emails your client a payment confirmation with a PDF,
- tells your team, and writes it in the activity log.
A payment is recorded once, even if the confirmation arrives twice, and an invoice that is already paid has no Pay button.
For bank transfers, your client uploads the receipt from the pay page. You check your bank and click Confirm payment. Nothing is recorded until you do, because a screenshot is not money in the bank.
Less chasing
- Send payment reminder emails the balance with the Pay now button in one click.
- Overdue reminders include the button too.
- Reports › Online Payments shows what came in, the fees, and what is waiting for payout, and Record payout moves it to your bank so Banking matches your statement.
Getting started
Turn it on in Settings › Online payments. Bank transfer works on every plan. GCash, Maya and cards need the Business plan and your own PayMongo or Xendit account. Start with their test mode, pay a test invoice, and switch to live when you are happy.
When it is off, nothing changes: your invoices, Mark as paid and Record payment work exactly as before.
